Toasted Orzo

Toasted Orzo is prepared from durum semolina and can easily be recognized by its small shape that resembles rice grains. Toasted Orzo is known for its nutty flavor and smooth mouth feel.

Orzo has unique cooking properties: it is a no-drain pasta. Therefore, it absorbs all of its liquid during the cooking process, much like rice or risotto. Orzo can be served in soups, salads, or as a side dish next to fish, meat or vegetables.

US Durum’s Toasted Orzo is made using premium ingredients and can be easily prepared between 10-12 minutes.
