Over the years, US Durum has been a constant innovator in its industry. USDP was the first to introduce Organic Israeli Pearl Couscous in the world and the first to infuse Israeli Pearl Couscous with flavors, based on the evolving trends in the market. One of these products was our Turmeric Infused Pearl Couscous. Turmeric is well known around the world for its anti-inflammatory health benefits; this new product was very well received in the USA.
