Rices

Toasted Pearl Couscous, also called Israeli Couscous or Pearl Pasta, is prepared from Wheat Flour or Durum Semolina and can be recognized by its small pasta pearls. Pearl Couscous is known for its nutty flavour and smooth mouth feel, and is considered as a must-have in many countries around the globe.

Pearl Couscous has unique cooking properties (it is a no-drain pasta) as it absorbs all the liquid, much like rice or risotto. Pearl Couscous can be served as a side dish next to fish, meat or vegetables, or as a main dish on its own.

US Durum’s Pearl Couscous is made using premium ingredients, and can be easily prepared between 8-10 minutes on the stovetop or in the microwave.
