In 1993, US Durum Products Ltd. (also known as ‘USDP’) became the first couscous manufacturer in North America. Located in the city of Lancaster in Pennsylvania, USDP is proud to be a family owned and operated business. Thanks to its strong work ethic and its high quality products, US Durum was able to grow their product offering into a symphony of delectable couscous, short-cut pasta, quinoa, rice, and Mediterranean blends. 

To this day, US Durum maintains its position as the largest couscous manufacturing facility in North America.
